A template for every stage of a subscription

Stripe reports each moment as its own event, so each one can run its own flow. Start with the stages that cost you the most revenue: trials that never convert and cards that fail.

From template to live Stripe automation

01

Connect Stripe

Authorize Audienceful with Stripe Connect from the Integrations tab. There's no API key to paste and no webhook to host.

02

Apply a template

The whole flow copies into your workspace with its Stripe trigger already set: every email, wait and tag, with the copy written.

03

Make it yours and switch it on

Rewrite the copy in your voice, adjust the timing to match your billing, and activate it. It arrives paused, so nothing sends before you're ready.

Common questions

Do I need to set up Stripe webhooks?

No. Connect Stripe once with Stripe Connect and its events reach Audienceful on their own. These templates arrive with their Stripe trigger already chosen.

Which Stripe events can start a template?

Trial started, trial will end, subscription activated, paused, resumed, past due, scheduled to cancel and canceled, payment succeeded, payment failed, charge refunded and customer created. Any automation you build can use them, not just these templates.

Will a template email my existing customers straight away?

No. Applied templates arrive paused, and they only enroll people when a new Stripe event fires after you switch them on.

Can I use a template for only one plan?

Yes. Limit the Stripe trigger to specific products, so your Pro plan and your Team plan can each get their own version of the flow.

Do these work with Stripe Payment Links?

Yes. Payment events cover invoices, Checkout and Payment Links, and guest buyers without a Stripe customer record still become contacts.

Are the templates free?

Yes. They're included on every plan. Your plan sets how many automations can run at once: 1 on Free, 3 on Essentials and unlimited on Growth.

Put your Stripe events to work

Create a free account, connect Stripe, and the template you choose is copied into your workspace, paused and ready to review.
