Email Marketing Software for ChatGPT

ChatGPT is great at writing emails. On its own it can't send one, see who opened the last one, or build the audience it should go to. Connecting Audienceful through our email marketing MCP server changes that: ChatGPT works directly in your workspace, from the draft through to the report.

Connect ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create.
3. Name it Audienceful, set Authentication to OAuth, and paste this as the MCP server URL:

https://api.audienceful.com/v2/mcp

4. Click Create, then sign in to Audienceful, pick a workspace and choose what ChatGPT can do.

Custom connectors need a ChatGPT plan with developer mode. On Business and Enterprise plans, an admin may need to enable them first.

Using Codex instead

OpenAI's Codex CLI connects from the terminal. The second command opens your browser to sign in:

What ChatGPT can do in Audienceful

• Write, then actually ship. Drafts land in Audienceful's editor, where your team can review them, and ChatGPT can send a test to you first.
• Target the right people. Turn "customers who bought twice but not in 60 days" into a saved audience with a live count.
• Automate. Build welcome, win-back and onboarding sequences, created paused so nothing goes out early.
• Clean your list. Find bounced or long-inactive contacts and suppress them, after showing you the count.
• Answer questions. "How did my last email do compared to my average?" gets a real answer from your send data.

Guardrails

You choose a workspace and permissions when ChatGPT connects, and you can leave sending switched off. When sending is allowed, ChatGPT must show you a preview of the recipients and timing, and your approval works only once for exactly those people. Disconnect any time from Apps → Installed apps in Audienceful.
