Publications & the Subscriber Preference Center
Not everyone on your list wants to hear about everything. Today we're shipping two features that give your subscribers real control over what they receive — and give you a healthier, more engaged list as a result.
Publications 📚
You can now organize your sends into distinct publications — separate newsletters your audience can subscribe to independently.
- Run a weekly newsletter, a product-updates list, and a founder's blog all from one workspace.
- Let people opt into exactly the ones they care about.
- Target any send or automation at a specific publication's subscribers.
Instead of one all-or-nothing list, you get focused audiences who actually want each thing you send.
The Subscriber Preference Center 🎛️
Every subscriber now gets a clean, fully branded preference page where they can manage their own subscriptions — no support email required.
- Pick and choose publications: Subscribers toggle exactly which newsletters they want.
- On-brand by default: Your logo, your accent color, your headline and intro copy — with a live preview as you set it up.
- Downgrade instead of leave: When someone's about to unsubscribe, the preference center lets them dial back rather than opt out entirely — which means fewer full unsubscribes and a healthier list.
Why It Matters
Giving subscribers granular control isn't just nice — it's one of the most effective ways to protect your sender reputation. People who get only what they asked for open more, complain less, and stick around longer. Publications and the preference center make that the default.
