It lives in three places: the agent bar that follows you around the app, a full-screen Agent page with your conversation history, and inside the email editor, where it works on the email you have open. And it's available on every plan.

It Writes in Your Voice ✍️

Generic AI email copy is easy to spot and easy to ignore. Our agent writes like you do.

• Ask it to draft an email and it can pull in your own best-performing sends and existing drafts as style references.
• It learns your brand voice and tone, so what it produces sounds like your newsletter, not a robot's.
• Paste a URL and it'll read the page to pull in context: announce a blog post, summarize a launch, or build an email around a link.

It Edits, Restyles & Illustrates 🎨

Inside the editor, the agent works on your actual draft:

• Targeted edits: "Tighten the intro," "add a testimonial section," "make this more casual." It edits the right blocks in place.
• Full restyles: Ask it to restyle the email and it updates your theme (colors, fonts, and layout) in one go.
• AI image generation: Describe an image and it generates one and drops it right into your email. Don't like it? Toggle it back with one click.

It Runs the Platform for You 🤖

This is where it goes beyond writing. The agent can take real actions across Audienceful, always showing you a preview and asking for confirmation before anything meaningful happens:

• Build audiences: "Create a segment of everyone who opened my last 3 emails" → it proposes the rules and shows you a member preview.
• Build automations: Describe a welcome sequence and it drafts the full trigger, steps, and email bodies for you to approve.
• Manage contacts: Add a contact, re-tag someone, or run bulk list hygiene, suppressing bounced, inactive, or unsubscribed contacts in one move.
• Answer questions about your data: "What was the click rate on my last campaign?" or "How many people are in my Pro segment?" It just tells you, with a report card to back it up.
• Answer how-to questions: Ask anything about using Audienceful and it answers from our help docs.

Plan, Then Execute 🧭

For bigger asks, the agent proposes a multi-step plan (write the draft, build the audience, set up the automation), then works through it step by step, pausing for your go-ahead before it sends anything.
