How to add Email Signup Forms to Wix Sites and Landing Pages
In this guide we'll show you how to add an email signup form to any Wix site using Audienceful, so you can collect subscribers and start sending newsletters.
Wix's native forms send submissions to Wix Contacts rather than to outside tools, so the reliable way to sync signups to Audienceful is to embed an Audienceful form using Wix's custom-code element. You can do single-field email collection or build multi-field lead capture forms with fields like First Name, Company, or Job Title.
Create a form in Audienceful
If you don't have one already, create a free Audienceful account here.
Go to the Forms tab, select "New", and choose Embed. Pick a template, then customize the fields, design, and post-signup behavior. Our Embed forms come with enterprise-grade bot protection and conversion tracking built in.
Copy your form's embed code
When your form is ready, click Publish in the bottom right. Audienceful will show you the install snippet for Audienceful.js along with your form's embed code. Copy the code provided.
Add an embed element in Wix
In the Wix Editor, click the + (Add Elements) button in the left sidebar, then choose Embed Code → Embed HTML (in the Wix Studio Editor this is the HTML iframe element). A placeholder box appears on your page — drag and resize it to fit where you want the form.
Click Enter Code, choose the Code option, and paste your Audienceful embed code into the box. Click Update / Apply.
Tip: Make sure your embed code uses
https://(nothttp://). Wix won't display embedded content served over plain HTTP on your live site. The Audienceful snippet already uses HTTPS.
Preview, publish, and test
Use Preview to check that the form appears and sizes correctly, resizing the embed box if needed. Then click Publish to push it live. Submit a test signup and confirm the new contact appears in Audienceful (validations mean it can take a few seconds).
That's it — your Wix site is now sending signups to Audienceful.
