Inviting Your Team & Collaborating in Real Time
Audienceful is built for teams. The editor is fully collaborative — like Google Docs or Notion — so instead of emailing drafts around and pasting feedback into a thread, your whole team can write, comment, and review in the same place.
Inviting a teammate
Head to your workspace settings and open the team/members section, then send an invite to their email address. They'll get an email with a link to join your workspace. Invites expire after 7 days, so if one lapses, just send a new one.
Inviting teammates is a paid feature. The Free plan is designed for solo senders. To add collaborators, you'll need to be on a paid plan — see plans & billing.
Inviting with a shareable link
Instead of adding people one email at a time, you can turn on a shareable invite link for your workspace. Anyone who opens the link can join — so it's the fastest way to onboard several teammates at once, or to drop an invite into a shared Slack channel or doc.
- Enable it in your workspace team settings to generate the link.
- Share it with anyone you want to join.
- Regenerate it any time to invalidate the old one — handy if a link was shared too widely or you want to close it off after everyone's in.
Because anyone with the link can join, treat it like a password: share it deliberately, and regenerate it once your team is all set.
How roles work
When you invite someone, you assign them a role:
- Owner — the person who created the workspace and manages billing.
- Collaborator — a full teammate who can work across the workspace.
- Writer — a teammate focused on creating and editing content.
One rule is always enforced: you can never invite someone at a higher role than your own, so no teammate can quietly promote themselves to Owner and take over the account.
Real-time collaboration
This is the reason to get your team in here. Once teammates have joined, the editor becomes multiplayer:
- Live cursors — see exactly where each teammate is typing, in real time.
- Comments — leave feedback on the specific sentence it's about, and resolve threads as the draft gets polished.
- One source of truth — everyone edits the same draft, so there's no "final_v3_REALfinal" confusion and no copy-pasting between tools.
Approvals happen right inside the email, and the person who writes it and the person who signs off on it are looking at the same thing.
Working with multiple workspaces
A workspace is a self-contained account — its own contacts, tags, automations, themes, and sending identity. You can belong to as many workspaces as you like and switch between them from the workspace switcher.
This is how agencies, freelancers, and multi-brand teams keep clients cleanly separated: one workspace per client or brand, all under a single login, with no risk of a cross-send. Onboard a new client in minutes, and hand a workspace off cleanly if an engagement ends.
