Most connect with a single click via OAuth. A few (like folk and Teachable) use an API key you generate in a few seconds — either way, setup takes under a minute.
How the Sync Works ⚙️
- Continuous contact sync: People and their custom fields flow into Audienceful automatically, and updates keep flowing as they change in your CRM.
- One-time historical import: Backfill all of your existing contacts in a single pass so you start with your full list.
- Field mapping UI: You decide exactly which CRM fields map into which Audienceful fields — nothing syncs that you don't want.
- Two-way unsubscribe suppression: When someone opts out in Audienceful, that status is written back to your CRM — and vice versa. Someone who unsubscribes is suppressed everywhere, so you stay compliant on both sides.
Segment and Automate on Synced Data 🎯
Once your contacts are in Audienceful, every synced field becomes usable in audience segments and automation triggers. Target by lifecycle stage, plan tier, deal status, or any field you track in your CRM — then send newsletters and trigger automated journeys off of it.
