How to Use Shopify Product Feeds in Audienceful

A product feed is a named, computed set of products from your Shopify store (like your best sellers or newest arrivals) that you can drop into any email's Product List block. Feeds are resolved fresh every time an email sends, so a "best sellers" newsletter always shows what's actually selling right now, with no manual updates.

What you'll need

• A connected Shopify store (your product catalog syncs automatically on connect).

Create a product feed

On the Shopify integration page, open the Product feeds card and create a new feed:

1. Name your feed (e.g. "Best sellers" or "New arrivals").
2. Choose a feed type:
   • Best-selling: ranked by units sold.
   • Most viewed: ranked by product views. (Requires the storefront pixel; if there's no view data yet, it falls back to best-selling.)
   • Best-selling and most-viewed: a blend of both.
   • Newest: most recently added products.
   • Random: a rotating selection from your catalog.
3. Set the lookback window (for best-selling / most-viewed): how far back to measure popularity. Default is 30 days.
4. Set the maximum number of products the feed should return (up to 50).

Save, and the feed is ready to use in any email.

Use a feed in an email

1. In the editor, add a Product List block (see Product List blocks).
2. Set its data source to Feed and pick your saved feed.
3. Optionally limit how many items show in that particular block.

When the email sends, Audienceful resolves the feed to live products (image, title, price and a link to each product), so every recipient sees an up-to-date selection.

How feeds stay current

Your Shopify product catalog syncs to Audienceful automatically: on connect, whenever products change in Shopify, and on a regular refresh. Feeds are computed from that synced catalog (plus live sales and view data), so they reflect your real store without any manual maintenance.
