Reusable Components & Preset Blocks

Writing an email block by block is fast — but you rarely start from a truly blank page. Audienceful gives you two ways to reuse good layout: preset blocks we've designed for you, and custom components you save yourself. Both live in the block panel inside the editor.

Preset blocks

Preset blocks are professionally designed, ready-to-use sections you can drop straight into an email and then edit. They're organized into categories:

  • Headers — branded top sections for your logo, title, and intro.
  • Sections — hero blocks, feature rows, callouts, and other body layouts.
  • Footers — sign-offs, social links, and legal/address blocks.

Open the block panel, pick a category, and click a preset to insert it. Everything you drop in inherits your theme, so a preset lands on-brand and is fully editable from there — swap the text, change the image, adjust colors, done.

Saving your own components

Anything you build, you can save as a reusable component and use again in any email in your workspace. This is perfect for the pieces you reuse constantly — a standard sign-off, a "book a call" call-to-action, a product highlight, or a promo banner.

To save a component:

  1. Select the block you want to reuse — or select several blocks to save them together as one component.
  2. In the block's formatting menu, click Save component.
  3. Give it a name so you'll recognize it later.

Your saved components appear under the Saved category in the block panel, ready to insert into any draft.

Managing your components

  • Insert a component by clicking it in the block panel; it drops in at your cursor and stays fully editable.
  • Reorder your saved components so the ones you use most sit up top.
  • Reuse across your team. Components are shared across your workspace, so a component one teammate saves is available to everyone — a simple way to keep your whole team's emails consistent and on-brand.

Between preset blocks for structure and your own saved components for the parts unique to you, most emails come together in minutes.
